what we do

We offer Close of Escrow Pool Inspections or Pre-Escrow Disclosure Pool Inspections in the Area of San Diego & Orange County for home buyers, home sellers, and real estate agents.

OUR INSPECTIONS:

  • Provide inspection reports that cover detail of the structure and equipment, the current condition and function, approximately cost estimates and a list of professional experts to address any issue found during the inspection.
  • Use Home Gauge software with approximately 55 pictures.  This software makes it easy to read the report for agents and home buyers and the images make it easy to recognize the issues being addressed.
  • Include links to websites of rules and regulations pertinent to any issues being address in the report.
  • Deliver a written comprehensive pool inspection report within 48 to 78 hours after the on-site inspection.
  • Offer to schedule the pool inspection at the same time than the home inspection is done to provide a verbal review and answer any questions while real state agents and buyers are present.
