Meet The Team
OUR INSPECTOR:
John Groh has over 40 years of work and continuing education in the pool industry, his experience and expertise enable him to inspect and review from the most complex constructions to basic and aged structures. Able to not only design and build pools and spas, his vast experience directing pool service operations make him an expert at maintaining residential systems. His communication skills are concise, honest, open and approachable. He prides himself on customer service and repeat customers, as well as mutual loyalty in what can be a challenging business.
His background and direct experience in all areas related to pools, spas and water features mean that he is able to provide escrow inspections that cover every detail of the structure and equipment, as well as the current condition and function. His written reports are detailed and professionally prepared. Additionally, he is available to help the realtor and client understand all aspects of his findings. Decades of experience, knowledge of the latest systems and trends, excellent communication skills — these are all assets that guarantee you are receiving the best support available and a report that will be of actual use and assistance during the real estate transaction.
